Why I Work for the ACS

Health equity has been a core part of my personal and professional goals. Since a close family member passed away from cancer in 2021, I knew that I wanted to make a difference within the realm of cancer research. It’s a disease that doesn’t discriminate—it affects all of us.”

At ACS since 2023

As Community-based Research Engagement Manager for the Population Science department, Eunice Larbi supports the recruitment of diverse populations for American Cancer Society (ACS) cohorts. Specifically,  she works with ACS regional staff and volunteers on behalf of the Population Science team to build and implement community outreach strategies for the VOICES of Black Women Cohort Study.
